مؤتمر | عندما جئت إلى ألمانيا | أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول ٢٠١٧ | برلين

ماذا يعني تعبير "ألمان من أصول مهاجرة"؟ لماذا لا ينظر لهؤلاء كألمان فحسب؟ ستحدثنا امرأتان منحدرتان مما يسمى "بأصول مهاجرة" عن هذا المصطلح العنصري الذي يفرضه الآخرون لتمييزهما وتقسيمهما عن باقي الألمان البيض "الحقيقيين" وكيف أثر هذا النوع من التمييز على هويتهما كألمانيتان.

Lahya (Stefanie-Lahya Aukongo) is a black intersectional freelancer. She is an artist, author, poet, curator, disseminator, photographer, activist, workshop facilitator and singer. Too much for a short life? Obviously not! In Lahya’s life almost everything revolves around reality molecules that are lovingly as well as socio-critically strung together, cloaked in singing, photography and/or poetry. Within her lives a black, social disability affected, neurodiverse, emotionally inexhaustible, queer, phat-is-beautiful, multiplesurviving academic, artist and activist with a German passport. A royal, eastern, white and female-socialized, poly-lo_ving cis_femme of middle class, with sufficient financial means, enough hair on her head and a big heart (estate/status/dated: september 2017).She lives in letters and addresses topics like decolonialization, dreams and trauma, self_love, intersectionality, healing, privileges, identiti_es and, especially, warm strawberry ice cream.

Lahya (Stefanie-Lahya Aukongo) ist eine Schwarze, intersektionelle Freiberuflerin. Sie ist Künstlerin, Autorin, Poetin, Kuratorin, Multiplikatorin, Fotografin, Aktivistin, Workshop-Teamerin und Sängerin. Zu viel für ein kurzes Leben? Ganz klar: Nein! In Lahyas Leben dreht sich fast alles um liebevoll sowie gesellschaftskritisch angereihte Realitätsmoleküle, diese sind ummantelt mit Gesang, Fotografie und_oder Poesie. In ihr wohnt eine Schwarze, von gesellschaftlicher Behinderung betroffene, neurodiverse, von unerschöpflichen Emotionen getragene, queere, phat-is beautiful, mehrfachüberlebende Akademikerin, Künstlerin und Aktivistin mit deutschem Pass. Eine königliche, ost, weiß, und weiblich sozialisierte, poly-li_ebende cis_Femme aus der Mittelschicht, mit aus_reichend finanziellen Mitteln, angemessen vielen Haaren auf dem Kopf und mit großem Herz. (Stand: September 2017)Sie lebt Buchstaben und beschäftigt sie sich mit Themen wie Dekolonialisierung, Traum(a), Selbst_Liebe, Intersektionalität, Heilung, Privilegien, Identität_en und ganz besonders warmes Erdbeereis.

Tülin Duman, geboren 1978 ist eine Queer- und Menschenrechtsaktvistin und Geschäftsführerin von Südblock. Tülin Duman engagiert sich seit vielen Jahren in diversen Projekten gegen Sexismus, Homo- und Transphobie, sowie gegen Rassismus – zunehmend auch im musikalisch künstlerischem Bereich. „Mehrdimensional denken, multiperspektivisch handeln“ ist dabei ihre Linie. Sie ist Mitinhaberin und Geschäftsführerin des Berliner Veranstaltungsortes Südblock – Showbühne, Bar, Nachbarschafts- und Begegnungsort in Kreuzberg. Seit 2010 organisiert sie dort Diskussionsveranstaltungen, Konzerte und queer-feministische Partyreihen. Einen besonderen Fokus legt sie bei ihrer Arbeit auf den Rassismus und Sexismus innerhalb der queeren Szenen. ©Hassan

Born in 1978, Tülin Duman is a queer and human rights activist and the chief executive officer of Südblock. For many years Tülin Duman has been engaged in various projects against sexism, homo- and transphobia, as well as racism, and increasingly in the musical and artistic domain. „Think multidimensionally, act multiperspectively“ is her take on these issues. She is co-owner and chief executive officer of the event location Südblock, a showstage, bar, neighborhood meeting place and venue in Kreuzberg. Since 2010 she has organized discussions, concerts and queer-feminist party series. A special focus of her work is on racism and sexism within the queer scene. ©Hassan

Clementine Ewokolo Burnley ist in der ehemaligen deutschen Kolonie Kamerun geboren und in Großbritannien und Kamerun aufgewachsen. Sie ist Autorin, Vollzeit-Mutter und gleichzeitig ein Mensch der arbeitet. Sie lebt heute mal hier, mal da, mal anderswo. Sie freut sich über Räume und Momente, um authentische Erzählungen zu begleiten, die hegemonisches Wissen erschüttern. Clementine Ewokolo Burnley is a Cameroonian, British, African, European writer, 24 hours a day mother and community worker. حول المؤتمرعندما جئت إلى ألمانيا

نظمت مؤسسة النساء الدولية في برلين مؤتمرًا لمدة يومين، تناولت فيه خبرات النساء في إطار ست حلقات نقاش: نساء العمالة الوافدة في ألمانيا الغربية والعمالة المؤقتة في ألمانيا الشرقية والمهاجرات واللاجئات إلى جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية بالإضافة إلى الألمانيات اللاتي يتعرضن للعنصرية. تناولن المشاركات في حلقات النقاش مواضيع عدة منها، الوصول إلى ألمانيا والعمل هنا والإستقرار والتنظيم السياسي للنساء حيث وددنا ضم معرفة عدة أجيال من النساء ومن ثم وضعنا هذه المعرفة في سياقها التاريخي بهدف خلق مساحة يمكن فيها للنساء تبادل خبراتهن الفردية والجماعية وذلك لتصحيح فكرة أن المرأة المهاجرة ضحية وصوتها غير مسموع بسبب العنصرية والتمييز الجنسي وكراهية الأجانب. اردنا التصدي لسرد القصص السائد، فلم نناقش في إطار هذا المؤتمر فقط المشاكل التي تتعرض لها المهاجرات واللاجئات والألمانيات المعرضات للعنصرية وإنما هدفنا كان إبراز مناهضة النساء للسلبيات الإجتماعية بوسائل متعددة في مكان العمل وفِي المجتمع وفِي مواجهة الإضطهاد الحكومي. لقد كان المؤتمر ناجحاً جداً! كنا مسرورات وسعيدات جداً من ردود الفعل على المؤتمر، في مرحلة التحضير، خلاله وبعد انتهائه. كل يوم، اجتمعت أكثر من ٢٥٠ امرأة سويةً، تبادلن الخبرات حول الخلافات السياسية والمقاومة في ألمانيا، تعلمن من تاريخ مختلف الأجيال من الشرق والغرب وألمانيا المتحدة، تعرفن على بعضهن، وبنين شبكة علاقات مع بعضهن البعض. وقد تمكنا من هذا رغم الصعوبات اللغوية ولتوفر ترجمات بستة لغات: الألمانية، الإنجليزية، العربية، الفارسية، التركية والفيتنامية. لقد كان هنالك جو من الانفتاح والتعاون، حيث أن المتحدثات والمشتركات تمكن من الحديث بحرية حول تجاربهن الشخصية. تمحور ردود أفعال المشتركات بأهمية هذا الحدث ، ورغبتهم باستمرارية التبادل فيما بينهم والنشاط السياسي والتواصل. نحن نرى في هذا المؤتمر بداية جديدة ونتطلع للخطوات المقبلة.
