Die rechts-nationale Regierung und die polnische katholische Kirche haben erst das Verfassungsgericht unterwandert und nutzen es jetzt, um das schärfste Abtreibungsgesetz Europas noch weiter zu verschärfen!!
Für Millionen Frauen* in Polen ist damit die rote Linie überschritten und seit über einer Woche finden täglich Aktionen mit hunderttausenden Menschen statt.
Wir als polnischsprachige Berliner_ innen rufen alle Menschen, die dem gesamteuropäischen Rechtsruck in Europa etwas entgegensetzen wollen, zu einer Demonstration auf.
Unsere Forderungen:
– Legale Abtreibung auf Wunsch sofort!!
– Alle politische Verträge zwischen katholischer Kirche und polnischem Staat müssen aufgekündigt werden!!
– Die PIS Regierung muss zurücktreten!!
We are really PISssed off
On 22nd of October, polish Constitutional Tribunal made a decision that regulation allowing abortion in the event of an incurable defect of the fetus was inconsistent with the constitution, which meant tightening one of the most restrictive laws allowing abortion in very few cases.
Acting as a puppet of the ruling party, disregarding the needs of society as a whole, the Tribunal contributed to the oppression of another social group – women. Ethnic, religious and sexual minorities in Poland are systematically harassed, and the verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal is the result of many years of national-Catholic propaganda and gradual restriction of individual freedom. The chairman of the adjudicating panel, Julia Przyłębska, is the wife of the Polish ambassador to Germany, where abortion can be legally performed and where thousands of people are sent annually to seek rescue in the event of unwanted pregnancy.
The Polish government has failed the citizens it should serve, by making a deal with the Catholic Church and the fundamentalist Ordo Iuris sect. Religious law is replacing state law, and politicians are using the pandemic to smuggle in restrictive laws rather than focusing on helping a weakened health service.
– We demand legal abortion on request and full reproductive rights for people staying in Poland!
– We demand holding fundamentalist religious organisations operating in Poland to account!
– We demand the separation of the Polish state from the Catholic Church!
As a part of solidarity with the protests in Poland, today we invite you to a protest in front of the Polish church at Lilienthalstrasse 5 (U Südstern), on Saturday, October 31 at 5pm.
We also encourage you to donate to the organization Ciocia Basia, which has been helping people from Poland to safely terminate pregnancy in Germany for years.

22 października polski Trybunał Konstytucyjny orzekł, że przepis pozwalający na aborcję w przypadku nieuleczalnej wady płodu jest niezgodny z konstytucją, co oznacza zaostrzenie jednego z najbardziej restrykcyjnych praw dopuszczających aborcję w bardzo nielicznych przypadkach . Działając na żądanie partii rządzącej, nie uwzględniając potrzeb całości społeczeństwa,Trybunał przyczynił się do opresji kolejnej grupy społecznej – kobiet. Mniejszości etniczne, religijne i seksualne są w Polsce systemowo szykanowane, a wyrok TK to efekt długoletniej narodowo-katolickiej propagandy i stopniowego ograniczania wolności jednostki. Przewodnicząca składu orzekającego, Julia Przyłębska, jest żoną ambasadora Polski w Niemczech, gdzie aborcję można wykonać legalnie, i gdzie tysiące osób kieruje się rocznie po ratunek w przypadku niechcianej ciąży.
Rząd Polski zawiódł obywateli, którym powinien służyć, układając się z kościołem katolickim i fundamentalistyczną sektą Ordo Iuris. Prawo religijne zastępuje prawo państwowe, a politycy wykorzystują pandemię, aby przemycać restrykcyjne ustawy, zamiast skupić się na pomocy osłabionej służbie zdrowia.
– Domagamy się legalnej aborcji na życzenie oraz pełni praw reprodukcyjnych dla osób pozostających na terenie Polski!
– Domagamy się rozliczenia z fundamentalistycznymi organizacjami religijnymi działającymi na terenie Polski!
– Domagamy się rozdziału państwa polskiego od kościoła katolickiego!
W ramach solidarności z protestami w Polsce, już dziś zapraszamy na protest pod polski kościół przy Lilienthalstrasse 5 (U Südstern), w sobotę 31 października o godzinie 17:00.
Zachęcamy też do wpłat na rzecz organizacji Ciocia Basia, która od lat pomaga osobom z Polski bezpiecznie przerwać ciążę na terenie Niemiec.
